Author's Guidelines

Author Guidelines for Paper Submission

  • All papers submitted to RJETM will be checked for plagiarism (including self-plagiarism). If a paper is found to fall in the category of plagiarism, the paper will not be reviewed and automatically rejected. Even if a paper is accepted and paid for registration, the program committee has a right to reject the paper and will not publish the paper in the proceedings.
  • To help ensure correct formatting, please use RJETM template in doc and RJETM template in LaTeX.
  • Only manuscripts written in English are considered. Contributors for whom English is not a native language may consult a colleague who is familiar with the English language, prior to submitting the paper, for the purpose of editing the manuscript for proper English usage.
  • An informative abstract should be provided at the beginning of the manuscript.
  • At least five keywords or index terms should be included after the abstract to characterize the manuscript.
  • Acknowledgement of possible financial support will be mentioned before the Reference section.
  • References should appear in a separate section at the end of the paper, with items referred to by numerals in square brackets and as per RJETM style.
  • Figures and tables should be sharp, noise-free, and of good contrast. On graphs, show only the coordinate axes, or at most the major grid lines to avoid a dense hard-to read image. The authors must submit figure and photo files in the appropriate format and resolution.

Article Acceptance Requirements

  • Normally, it takes 2 to 4 weeks of time for reviewing the paper.
  • The article should be original writing that enhances the existing body of knowledge in the given subject area. Original review articles and surveys are acceptable, even if new data/concepts are not presented.
  • Results reported have not been submitted or published elsewhere (although expanded versions of conference publications are eligible for submission).
  • Experiments, statistics, and other analyses are performed to a high technical standard and are described in sufficient detail.
  • Conclusions are presented in an appropriate fashion and are supported by the data.
  • The article is presented in an intelligible fashion and is written in Standard English.
  • Appropriate references related to prior published works must be included.

Copyright Form

Submission of a manuscript implies: that the work described has not been published before (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture, review, or thesis); that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere; that its publication has been approved by all co-authors, if any, as well as by the responsible authorities at the institute where the work has been carried out; that, if and when the manuscript is accepted for publication, the authors agree to automatic transfer of the copyright form to the publisher; that the manuscript will not be published elsewhere in any language without the consent of the copyright holders; that written permission of the copyright holder is obtained by the authors for material used from other copyrighted sources; and that any costs associated with obtaining this permission are the authors' responsibility.
